This policy explains what the Urdloom app and the urdloom.com website do with your information. The short version: what happens here stays here. Urdloom does not collect your personal data. There is no account, no server of ours that receives your questions or readings, no analytics and no advertising.

What stays on your phone

Your questions, your readings, your journal, the rune of the day, your settings, sound levels and the language you choose are stored only in the app's storage on your phone. We cannot see them and they are never sent to us, because the app has nothing to send them with. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it. If your phone backs up app data to your own Google or Apple account, that backup is handled by Google or Apple under your account settings.

Permissions the app asks for

Notifications: only if you agree, so that a short note can tell you each morning which rune was drawn for you, and so that a quiet notice can be shown while the night sounds play with the screen off. You can turn them off at any time.

Playing in the background: when you start the night sounds and allow it, the app keeps running with the screen off until the timer ends or you stop the sounds.

Vibration: for the feel of the stones. It can be switched off in the settings.

Urdloom does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files.

Sharing a reading

When you share a reading, the app creates a picture of it on your phone and hands it to the app you choose, such as a messenger. It goes only where you send it.

What we do not do

We do not create accounts, collect names, email addresses or phone numbers, use analytics or crash-reporting services, show advertising, track you across apps or sites, sell or share personal data, or use your questions or readings for anything at all.

Payments

If Urdloom offers paid features, payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store. We never receive your card details.

Children

Urdloom is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no personal data, there is nothing of a child's to collect or delete.

This website

urdloom.com is a set of static pages. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no external scripts or fonts. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the same language next time. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and time of request, for security and operation.

Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is normally nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. Depending on where you live, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) may give you further rights; write to us and we will answer.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
